Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms describe the KnoxWatch service workflow, customer responsibilities, service agreements, camera onboarding, monitoring limitations, and support expectations.

Who we are

These terms cover KnoxWatch services provided by KnoxWatch Surveillance LLC. Public contact: help@knoxwatch.com, 1-402-500-0119. Office address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Service overview

KnoxWatch provides human-reviewed remote monitoring for compatible business cameras, including compatibility review, setup guidance, verification of available camera context, agreed phone/SMS escalation, incident and period documentation, and related customer/admin portal tools. Coverage hours (after-hours, business hours, or 24/7) are agreed per customer.

Consultation-first engagement

KnoxWatch does not offer public self-serve packages or open portal signup. Service scope, custom pricing, escalation contacts, and coverage are prepared after consultation. Customer portal access is invite-only.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business, camera, access, monitoring, and escalation information. Customers must have permission to connect, view, and authorize monitoring for their camera systems and locations.

Camera compatibility and onboarding

Service activation depends on the camera system, recorder, remote access method, stream availability, permissions, network setup, and customer requirements. Some systems may need configuration changes or equipment upgrades. Monitoring is not considered live until KnoxWatch completes camera onboarding and go-live approval.

Proposals, agreements, trial, and billing

Service costs, written service agreements, payment, camera access, and onboarding are coordinated directly with KnoxWatch after consultation. Where offered, a trial may require a payment method on file through our payment provider; unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing continues month-to-month under the agreed fee. Monitoring starts separately after camera onboarding and KnoxWatch go-live approval, and may be paused or ended if billing fails or service requirements are not maintained.

Monitoring limitations

KnoxWatch is not a guarantee against theft, loss, damage, trespass, emergency events, or criminal activity. Monitoring and human review may be affected by camera quality, coverage, lighting, connectivity, and access reliability. Response depends on agreed contacts answering and available local resources.

Secure access

Customers should create limited viewer access where possible. Administrator credentials should be avoided unless absolutely necessary and should be changed when no longer required.
