These terms describe the KnoxWatch service workflow, customer responsibilities, proposals, camera onboarding, monitoring limitations, and support expectations.
KnoxWatch provides business camera monitoring workflows, compatibility review, setup guidance, AI-assisted alert review where supported, human verification, incident summaries, and related customer/admin portal tools.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business, camera, access, monitoring, and escalation information. Customers must have permission to connect, view, and authorize monitoring for their camera systems and locations.
Service activation depends on the camera system, recorder, remote access method, stream availability, permissions, network setup, and customer requirements. Some systems may need configuration changes or equipment upgrades.
Service costs, service agreements, payment, camera access, and onboarding are coordinated directly with KnoxWatch after consultation. Paid access may be paused, cancelled, or limited if billing fails or setup requirements are not completed.
KnoxWatch is not a guarantee against theft, loss, damage, trespass, emergency events, or criminal activity. Monitoring, AI detection, and human review may be affected by camera quality, coverage, lighting, connectivity, and access reliability.
Customers should create limited viewer access where possible. Administrator credentials should be avoided unless absolutely necessary and should be changed when no longer required.
